About Us

At Namaste – Taste of India, we believe that food is more than just a meal — it is a memory, a tradition, and a way to bring people together. Our restaurant was born out of a love for Kerala — a region in South India known for its lush landscapes, warm hospitality, and incredibly diverse cuisine. We saw that while Indian food had found its place in our community, the distinct flavors of Kerala were still missing from local menus. So, we set out to change that.

At Namaste, we proudly show case the coastal beauty and culinary depth of Kerala. From rich, coconut-based curries to spicy seafood specialties, crispy banana chips, soft appams, and tangy pickles — every dish is prepared with authenticity, care, and the spices that make Kerala cuisine so unforgettable. Whether it is a comforting plate of avial, a fragrant fish moilee, or a simple bowl of kanji and payar, we aim to bring the true taste of home to your table.

But we are more than just a restaurant — we are part of the community.
